An auction for chairs and tables are organized as a result of failure of Batlhabine Traditional Leadership that is in chaos. According to Advocate Makwela, the current Traditional leader was supposed to pay their legal fees but decline after work has been done by the attorney and advocate.

An amount of R150 000 is been sought from the court case of Mr Patrick Mogoboya who without authority opened two bank accounts and control traditional council money with knowledge of the members of the council.

The two bank accounts opened at Standard Bank of South Africa has amounts of more than R1,1 Million. Advocate Makwela and his team worked tiresly to stop any transactions in the accounts and currently they were busy appointing accountant to check all the bank statements so that they can apply to High Court in Polokwane

While current traditional leader agreed in all cases, he was influenced badly and withdraw the agreed court processes. As he withdraw, the Advocate and Attorney need their payments. They attached to take movable assets in the

Traditional Authority office. Legal adviser for Jack Mogoboya tried to stop the case but failed twice already, currently another movable assets are been sought although there is another court date by April this year.

On the other hand while Traditional leader is a regent based on the appointment and government Gazzette, he continually manipulate the appointment by extending his review without grounds. Therefore members of the Batlhabine Royal Family are taking him to court as a result that according to the Limpopo Traditional Leadership and institution act of 2006 as amended a regent needs review every 12 months and if the child is over 25 years therefore the child must take her position as fully –fledged Senior Traditional Leader.

Traditional Leader continue to manipulate the system and extending the review supported by government officials without proper information on the Batlhabine Traditional Leadership.

Batlhabine Royal Family embark on approaching the high court in Limpopo to declare his reviews as invalid and flawed proceses.
