On the 18 April 2024, at Lephepane Village community and Indunas came to the house of Mr Thabe Frank Phalane to offer last memories of the work of our Giant Pillars of development at the Batlhabine Community.

The service was attended by members of the Batlhabine Royal Council in which he was a Deputy Chairperson of the Royal Council. According to the writer, Mr Thabe Phalane was a pioneer and pillars of the Traditional Leadership of the Batlhabine Community. He assisted the Royal during its seeking for Kgatla commission report in which we approached Limpopo High Court for the application of getting the report on Traditional Leadership of Batlhabine Community.
As the deputy chairperson, he was the one chairing Royal Council meetings and currently with updated Constitution of the Royal Council.
Although Premiers office never oppose the matter, but they never give us the report and we left with application for contempt of court in which by April 2019, Premier’s office offered a report and appointment of current incumbment. That’s is the work of Thabe a Mesebe, he was very courageous and articulative to convince anyone on the work of Royal Council.
