The Batlhabine Land Claim has not yet completed according to the source at the Batlhabine Traditional Authority Office.
According to the 1st researched report, it confirms that several farms have been awarded to the Batlhabine Community. Many Farms at Letsitele Valley are nearly completed although the matter was managed by Batlhabine Community Property Association ( CPA).
Other farms include Thabina Valley, Yosmite, Uplands and Longvalley which is still at the Lephepane area. A conflict of land grab are arising at the Ntwanano area of Khujwane.
Thabina Valley also in disputes between Bakgaga Ba Maake and the Batlhabine Traditional Authority was awarded the Batlhabine Community.
This week, Batlhabine delegation visited the Bakgaga Ba Maake to defuse the tension at the Sefateng due to illegal provisions of stands in the area. According to Bakgaga they claim that the place in question belong to them while on other site Batlhabine knew the area very well
